Naval Forms Online (NFOL) has been established as an enterprise resource and central repository for all official forms generated and used by the Department of the Navy. NFOL works in tandem with the DLA Document Services ordering system in order to provide one stop shopping for both electronic and warehouse forms. Adobe LiveCycle Designer is the current forms design tool utilized by the Department of the Navy. In addition to the design tool, Adobe Reader Extensions is utilized so that electronic forms rendered in portable document format (.pdf) can be filled, saved, and digitally signed by users utilizing the free Adobe Reader. NFOL has been outfitted with a robust search engine in order to provide users maximum capability. The search feature forms queries based on form numbers and title key words (e.g., 3130, log, etc.) as well as command level (e.g., SECNAV, OPNAV, NAVSO, etc.) forms views. Electronic Form Downloads - Locate electronic forms by searching form number, title, or keywords from the Forms tab. The electronic forms contained within this site are rendered in portable document format (.pdf). In order to view, navigate, download, enter form data, and print these documents, you MUST have a current Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader internet plug-in installed, version 9.0 or better is recommended. If the Adobe Reader plug-in is not already installed, it can be download from Adobe's website here or if on NMCI please call the NMCI help desk. Stock/Warehouse Form Orders - After selection, stock forms will be added to the warehouse purchase shopping cart. - Located stock forms by searching form number, title, or keywords from the Forms tab. - In order to search stock forms by stock number click here.

DON SSN Reduction
Each command/activity must justify continued use of SSN for all forms originated by that command. Higher level forms will be justified at the level of origination. (e.g., all OPNAV forms will be justified by DNS-51, Etc.)
